Meet Elizabeth
EARLY YEARS LEADER, EDUCATOR, & ADVOCATE
I believe learning should be human-centered, playful, and inclusive. Whether I’m supporting young learners, teachers, or school leaders, my goal is the same: to help people navigate educational systems with clarity, care, and confidence.
For over 10 years, I’ve worked in international and bilingual early years settings in China, guiding children’s growth through project-based, inquiry-led, and developmentally appropriate learning experiences. From Pre-K classrooms to curriculum collaboration, I focus on fostering curiosity, creativity, and social-emotional skills in every learner.
Alongside teaching, I’ve served as Grade Leader, Senior Teacher, and Director of Studies, mentoring colleagues, supporting curriculum design, and leading school initiatives that prioritize equity, inclusion, and meaningful learning for all.
My work is grounded in frameworks like IB PYP and EYLF, and informed by experience across teaching, leadership, and professional development. Together, we can build learning environments that are more inclusive, more human, and more inspiring.

Behind The Scenes
Some of my favorite moments are cozy and creative—building in Minecraft, arranging spaces in House Flipper, or just hanging out with my online community during livestreams. I’m happiest when I’m immersed in a world I can shape, explore, and share with others.
Travel has always inspired me. I love visiting cities like Tokyo, Shanghai, and San Diego, discovering new food, culture, and stories, and I’m always planning the next adventure. I enjoy swapping recommendations and learning about life in other places. And, I can already mark off: The U.S., The U.K., France, Spain, Germany, Belgium, The Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, China, Japan, The Philippines, Thailand, UAE, Vietnam, Morocco.
As a Taurus, food is a serious joy in my life. I’m a chocolate lover through and through, but a scoop of DQ mint chocolate chip ice cream can instantly make a day better, it’s one of my all-time favorite flavors!
Even in my downtime, I like to feel engaged, present, and connected - whether that’s through playful creativity, exploring new worlds, or sharing a laugh with friends online.
