Leading Early Years Learning

Collaborating with educators and schools to rethink learning - leading curriculum initiatives, professional development, and innovative practices that support student and teacher success.

Green plants in wicker pots are on a windowsill in the background.

Learning is messy, and that’s where the magic happens.

GUIDING LEARNING

I support young learners, educators, and their families in international Early Years settings within China - with clarity, care, and a shared love for learning.

This work isn’t one-size-fits-all. It lives in the specifics: a child exploring language or numeracy, a teacher adapting a lesson to meet diverse needs, or a school seeking to make its programs more inclusive and engaging.

From classroom ESL Teacher to Senior Teacher to Director of Studies, I’ve experienced every step of the early years journey in multiple school settings. My role is to walk alongside you in those moments - to ask better questions, provide perspective, and hold the map while you do the work.

Together, we can create early learning environments that are more inclusive, equitable, and human.
